目的 观察参麦注射液对缺血再灌注心肌的保护作用。方法 在大鼠左前降支冠状动脉结扎前10m in 静脉输注参麦注射液。大剂量组(3.6m l/g)、小剂量组(0.9m l/g)和对照组(不用药物)的心电图变化、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(M DA)水平、梗塞范围比、心室肌重量比分别进行对比研究。结果 大剂量组心电图ST 段抬高值(∑ST)和ST 抬高次数(∑N-ST)显著低于对照组(P< 0.01)。大剂量组和小剂量组CK、LDH 和GOT 水平均显著降低(P< 0.01,0.05),SOD 活性显著增高(P< 0.01,0.05)。三组M DA水平比较,无显著性差异(P 均> 0.05)。大剂量组和小剂量组心室肌重量比和梗塞范围比均显著低于对照组(P< 0.01,0.05)。大剂量组∑ST、∑N-ST、心室肌重量比、梗塞范围比和CK 水平均显著低于小剂量组(P< 0.05 或0.01)。结论 参麦注射液对缺血再灌注心肌损伤具显著的保护作用,并具有良好的量效关系。
Objective To observe the protective effect of Shenmai injection on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Shenmai injection was intravenously infused 10m in the left anterior descending coronary artery. Electrocardiographic changes in the high-dose group (3.6 ml/g), low-dose group (0.9 ml/g), and control group (no drug), serum creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), GOT, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels, infarct size ratio, and ventricular muscle weight ratio were compared. Results The ST segment elevation (ST ST) and the number of ST elevation (∑N-ST) were significantly lower in the high-dose group than in the control group (P<0.01). The levels of CK, LDH, and GOT in the high-dose group and the low-dose group were significantly lower (P<0.01, 0.05), and the SOD activity was significantly increased (P<0.01, 0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of M DA among the three groups (all P > 0.05). The ventricular muscle weight ratio and infarct size ratio in the high-dose group and the low-dose group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.01, 0.05). The high-dose group had significantly lower ∑ST, ∑N-ST, ventricular muscle weight ratio, infarct size ratio, and CK levels than the low-dose group (P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Shenmai injection has a significant protective effect on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, and has a good dose-effect relationship.
