2009年2月,中国青年报“你对政府网站有多少期待”的专题调查显示:在参加投票的1000多名网友中,57.45%偶尔访问政府网站,经常点击浏览的只有28.39%;网友对政府网站的不满意程度达到六成。而另一份专业机构的调查报告显示,大部分被调查者反映,在一些政府网站上无法获得所需信息,网站内的信息更新缓慢,许多功能更是形同虚设。所以有人说,政府网站大都在“沉睡”中。
In February 2009, the China Youth Daily “Your Expectations on the Government Website ” survey showed that 57.45% of the over 1,000 users who participated in the voting occasionally visited the government websites and only 28.39% of them frequently clicked on; Satisfaction with government websites reached 60%. A survey by another professional agency showed that most of the respondents reported that they could not get the information they needed on some government websites, the information in the websites was updated slowly, and many of the features were even more negligent. So some people say that most government websites are “sleeping”.
