本文介绍了8.8级高强度螺栓用LF10MnSiTi非调质钢强韧化方面的一些研究结果。细小的碳氮化物[Ti(C,N)]析出产生的沉淀强化作用以及Mn,Si的固溶强化可使热轧态的LF10MnSiTi钢具有σ_b≥600MPa的强度;低的含碳量和因加Ti使钢获得的细晶组织,使该钢具有良好的塑韧性,热轧态下δ_5>15%,ψ>60%;冷拔加工后的位错强化可使该钢的强度得以进一步提高,达到8.8级螺栓产品的强度要求。
This article describes some of the results of studies on strengthening and toughening of LF10MnSiTi non-quenched and tempered steels for 8.8-grade high-strength bolts. The precipitation hardening effect of the precipitation of fine carbonitrides [Ti (C, N)] and the solid solution strengthening of Mn and Si can make the strength of σ_b≥600MPa of LF10MnSiTi steel in hot rolling be low; Ti makes the fine grain structure of the steel obtained, so that the steel has good plasticity and toughness, δ5> 15% in the hot-rolled state and ψ> 60%; the strength of the steel can be further improved after the dislocation strengthening after the cold- 8.8 bolts to achieve the strength of the product requirements.
