农业广播电视学校自建校以来,经历了三十多年的风风雨雨,在机构改革的浪潮中受到了一次又一次的冲击,逐步由弱不经风的幼小树苗正在成为一棵茁壮成长的参天大树。面对新一轮的社会变革和机构改革浪潮,农广人该如何迎接挑战,适应社会的需要、满足农民的需求?这是每一个农广人都应该去思考的问题。笔者认为,农广校若想成为一棵坚不可摧的参天大树,唯有具备如下的五大思维,方能做到像大树那样,胸怀在蓝天、扎根在沃土!
