当地时间5月26日、27日,现代寓言歌剧《赌命》在伦敦丝绸街剧院(Silk Street Theatre)完成了它的英国首演。这部自宣传推广以来持续引起英国观众极大兴趣的中国歌剧,最终也赢得了现场观众的赞赏与好评。值得一提的是,作为上海歌剧院继去年《雷雨》之后第二部出访英国的中国原创作品,此番《赌命》的演出由上海歌剧院与伦敦市政厅音乐及戏剧学院联合制作完成,可谓中西音乐文化的交流与合作中一次颇有借鉴意义的成功案例。
