作为农村中小学布局调整最直接的利益相关者和关键行动人,教师所扮演的角色及其所选择的行为会直接影响布局调整的成效和执行力。在学校撤并后,教师面临着角色的重新调整,所扮演的角色更趋多重化,专业身份意识开始觉醒,职业价值感和压力感日趋增强。并且,少数教师出于对自身利益的考量,出现了自觉边缘化的行为。针对布局调整改革中教师角色的上述特点,应当有针对性地变革教师培训模式,在培训中增强教师应对教育变化的能力;政府和教育部门应当为教师实施改革提供足够的行政资源、教学资源和精神资源;学校应当对教师的思想和行为进行导引,为教师制订微观、具体、明晰的近期工作规划。
As the most direct stakeholder and key actor in the adjustment of rural primary and secondary schools, the role played by teachers and the behaviors they choose will directly affect the effectiveness and execution of layout adjustment. After the school was reorganized and merged, teachers were faced with the readjustment of their roles. The roles played by them were more multiplexed, their awareness of professional identities began to awaken, and their sense of professionalism and pressure became increasingly stronger. Moreover, a small number of teachers out of their own interests, there has been a conscious behavior of marginalization. In view of the above-mentioned characteristics of teachers ’role in the reform of layout adjustment, we should change teacher training mode in a targeted manner and enhance teachers’ ability to cope with changes in education. Teachers and education departments should provide sufficient administrative resources, teaching resources and Spiritual resources; schools should guide the teachers’ thoughts and behaviors, and formulate the near-term, specific and clear work plans for teachers.
