目前各电网容量日益增大,电网的峰谷差也相应增大。为满足电网调峰的需要,很多大、中型机组也要参加调峰运行。从节能观点出发,电网中部分机组采用两班制调峰运行是最经济的。但两班制运行使部件不可避免的受到交变热应力,直接影响机组的使用寿命。两班制调峰运行对汽轮机转子寿命的影响就成为众所关心的问题之一。
At present, the capacity of each power grid is increasing day by day, and the difference between the peak and the valley of the power grid also increases correspondingly. In order to meet the needs of power grid peak regulation, many large and medium-sized units have to participate in peak operation. From the point of view of energy saving, it is the most economical to adopt some shift operations for peak load on some units in the power grid. However, the operation of two shifts makes the components inevitably subjected to alternating thermal stress, which directly affects the service life of the generating units. The impact of two-shift peaking operation on the rotor life of steam turbines has become one of the issues of concern.
