在2013年出台《政府核准的投资项目目录(2013年本)》仅仅不到一年时间之后,《政府核准的投资项目目录(2014年本)》也正式出台。近年来,对于政府审批与核准权力的争议正随着经济形势的变化而喧嚣尘上,中央政府权力取消和下放的步伐也开始明显加快。但是权力取消与下放之后的后续问题,更需要我们的关注。
In less than one year after the government issued the “List of Investment Projects Approved by the Government (2013 Version)” in 2013, the “List of Investment Projects Approved by the Government (2014 Version)” has also been formally introduced. In recent years, the controversy over the power of the government to approve and approve is being blatantly changed with the changes in the economic situation. The pace of the abolition and decentralization of the central government has also started to accelerate noticeably.
