为了帮助读者掌握和运用《多层大模板住宅结构抗震设计若干建议》,现举一实例来说明。一、工程概况所计算的工程实例为北京地区内浇外砌多层大模住宅结构,平面见图1。地上六层,层高2.9米。建筑物总高H=17.4米,山墙及外墙为36砖墙,用75号砖50号砂浆砌筑。内横墙及内纵墙为大模板工艺施工的现浇钢筋混凝土墙,厚度分别为14及16厘米,混凝土为200号。楼板为预制短向圆孔板。结构抗震设计烈度为8度。
In order to help readers master and apply the “Several Suggestions for Seismic Design of Multistory Large Formwork Residential Structures”, an example is given to illustrate. I. Project Overview The calculated project example is a multi-storey large-mold residential building structure that is cast in Beijing and is shown in Figure 1. Six floors above the ground, 2.9 meters high. The total height of the building is H = 17.4 meters, and the gables and exterior walls are 36 brick walls, which are built with No. 75 brick No. 50 mortar. The inner and inner vertical walls are cast-in-place reinforced concrete walls constructed with a large formwork process, with a thickness of 14 and 16 cm and a concrete of 200. The floor slabs are prefabricated short circular holes. The structural seismic design intensity is 8 degrees.
