目前随着水泥行业的快速发展,水泥企业商务通扩张的速度陡然加快。据了解,目前,全国水泥行业年产能超过1000万吨的水泥企业已经超过15家,还有不少水泥企业正在努力打造500万吨或1000万吨级产能的目标。在水泥行业发展中,提高产业集中度、并购整合是目前行业的总体趋势,也是国家大力提倡的产业发展方向。因此国内众多水泥企业在这个政策前提下进行兼并重组、扩大企业产能规模是无可厚非的。但也有企业规模发展速度过快,导致企业盈利率下降等诸多问题,已经逐渐显现出来。那么,水泥企业规模是否越大越好;企业发展是靠大型化,还是靠精细化;企业运转水平高低到底取决于规模还是管理,越来越多受到行业人士的关注。事实上,对于这些问题的急诊由来已久。而目前行业内的企业似乎更加注重和赞同企业规模的扩张,给企业带来的规模效益。而本文则从另外一个角度阐述了对水泥企业大型化和精细化的看法,也希望能够给水泥企业的发展带来一些新的思路和方法。

It is understood that, at present, the cement industry in the country with an annual production capacity of more than 10 million tons of cement companies have more than 15, there are many cement companies are trying to build 5 million tons or 10 million tons-class production capacity goal. In the development of cement industry, improving industrial concentration, mergers and acquisitions integration is the overall trend of the industry, but also the country strongly advocated the direction of industrial development. Therefore, many domestic cement enterprises mergers and acquisitions under the premise of this policy, expanding the scale of production capacity is understandable. However, there are also many problems such as the rapid development of the enterprise scale and the drop in the profitability of enterprises, and have gradually emerged. So, cement the larger the better the scale of the enterprise; business development depends on the large, or rely on refinement; level of operation depends on the level of business or management, more and more by the industry’s attention. In fact, the emergency for these problems has a long history. At present, the enterprises in the industry seem to pay more attention to and agree with the expansion of the scale of the enterprises, bringing economies of scale to the enterprises. This article from another perspective expounded the views of large and refined cement enterprises, but also hope to bring some new ideas and methods for the development of cement enterprises.
