目的:探讨提神醒脑针法配合引导式教育半天流程课改善智力低下儿童智力水平的临床疗效.方法:将144例智力低下患儿,按就诊编号分为对照组(n=72)与治疗组(n=72).对照组患儿进行传统康复训练治疗;治疗组在传统康复训练基础上,以提神醒脑针法配合引导式教育半天流程课治疗.6个月后分别观察比较治疗前、后两组患儿生存质量、智力水平的变化情况,并对两组临床疗效进行评价.结果:治疗后,两组S-M量表评分、Gesell改良智能量表评分、言语商、操作商及总智商评分较治疗前均明显增高,且治疗组均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对智力低下儿童采用提神醒脑针法配合引导式教育半天流程课进行治疗,可显著提高临床疗效,提高智力水平,促进患儿身体恢复,提高生存质量.“,”Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of refreshing acupuncture combined with half-day process class of conductive education in improving intelligence level of children with mental retardation (MR).Methods:The 144 selected children with MR were divided into control group (n=72) and research group (n=72) by registration order.Control group was given traditional family rehabilitation training,and research group was given refreshing acupuncture combined with half-day process class of conductive education.After 6 months,the changes of survival quality and intelligence level of two groups before and after treatment were compared,and clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results:After treatment,the role function,social function,emotional function,physiological function,S-M scale scores,Gesell modified Intelligence Scale scores,speech quotient,operation quotient and full intelligence quotient scores of two groups significantly increased compared with before treatment,and research group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05);The clinical total effective rate of research group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Refreshing acupuncture combined with half-day process class of conductive education for treating children with MR can significantly improve clinical efficacy,increase intelligence level,promote recovery of children and improve survival quality.
