目的:探讨基层部队卫生机构半自动生化分析仪训练与考核标准,提高半自动生化分析仪训练标准要求,更好遂行保障任务。方法:对该标准的适用范围与要求、课目设置与要点以及考核评分表的要求进行详细分析和解读。结果:标准中关于生化分析的基本知识、半自动生化分析仪结构、原理、安装、操作、应用和维护保养等课目中所设置的内容是训练与考核的要点。强调训练过程中的人装结合,利于检验报告结果的准确、快速。结论:各级基层部队卫生机构以及检验装备考评员只有准确把握标准内涵,才能提高训练质量,切实提高装备保障的实战化水平。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the semi-automatic biochemical analyzer training and assessment standards of the grass-roots unit health institutions, to improve the semi-automatic biochemical analyzer training standards and to carry out the tasks better. Methods: A detailed analysis and interpretation of the scope and requirements of the standard, the set-up and main points of the course, and the requirements of the examination score sheet are given. Results: The basic knowledge about biochemical analysis in the standard, the content set in the course of semi-automatic biochemical analyzer’s structure, principle, installation, operation, application and maintenance are the main points of training and assessment. Emphasize the combination of people in the training process, which is conducive to accurate and rapid inspection report results. Conclusion: Only by accurately grasping the standard connotation can the health organizations at all levels of grassroots units as well as the test equipment assessors improve their training quality and effectively improve the actual combat level of equipment support.
