出版社年度选题计划实现率低,这已经不是个别现象。很多出版社的年度选题计划当年实现率(以发稿计)大都在30%左右,低的甚至不到20%。一些好的选题年中就撤销了,还有一些选题不得不一年一年延期实施,尔后也了无踪影。年度选题计划是重大的出版经营决策,体现着出版社的特色和经营思路。如果年度选题计划只有很低的实现率,而且这个问题年复一年出现,这无论是对单个的出版单位,还是对整个国家的出版事业都会产生不利的影响。
It is no longer an isolated phenomenon that the publication plan of the annual election program of the publishing house is low.
