南京是全国著名的历史文化名城,素有“六朝古都”和“十朝都会”美誉。众多的文物遗存和丰厚的人文积淀,不仅为南京增添了独特的城市文化风韵,也给这座城市的持续发展提供了重要支撑。随着“富民强市、率先基本实现现代化”目标的确定,南京市委、市政府将文化产业确立为“十五”期间的重点产业之一,提出要将南京打造成长江下游重要的文化产业基地。在推进南京文化产业发展的过程中,除了构建以传媒业为龙头的文化支柱产业群之外,还应大力培育文化市场,积极引导市民的文化消
