1990年3月21日至22日,陕西省水利学会在西安召开了第四次会员代表大会,参加这次大会的有各分会、小组的代表和第三届理事会的理事、名誉理事以及12个专业委员会、研究会的负责同志,他们中有德高望重、毕生献给水利事业的老前辈、老专家、老教授;有身在第一线肩负重任、默默奉献才智的中青年科技工作者;有积极支持和热心学会工作的领导同志,有学会工作中涌现出来的积极分子,共134人。大家代表着3500多名会员的心意,聚集一堂
