随着现有的司法鉴定制度环境的不断完善,在司法会计鉴定业务方面取得了较大的发展空间,在确保司法的权威性和公正性以及在社会经济秩序的维护方面都起到了巨大的作用,但目前司法会计鉴定依然存在各方面的现实问题急需解决。本文就司法会计鉴定当中存在的问题作出分析,并且找出扫清阻碍的有效对策,希望能够促进司法会计鉴定业务的健康、持续发展。 With the continuous improvement of the existing system of forensic expertise, it has gained a lot of room for development in the forensic accounting profession and played a significant role in ensuring the authority and impartiality of the judiciary and in the maintenance of the social and economic order However, at present, there are still many problems in judging forensic accounting which are in urgent need of solution. This article analyzes the existing problems in the judicial accounting appraisal, and finds out the effective countermeasures to clear the obstacles, hoping to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the judicial appraisal business.
