蜡样芽胞杆菌是一种不常见的眼部致病菌,几乎所报告的病例均是因滥用药物致血源性播散而发病。近30年来仅报告2例外源性感染,本文报告4例蜡样芽胞杆菌引起的外源性全眼球炎。4例临床特征非常相似,均为低速金属异物经眼球前部进入眼内,造成玻璃体脱出,3例在眼球内,第4例经后巩膜达球外。除1例伤后7小时就诊外,视力均为光感,随后所有眼均无光 Bacillus cereus is an uncommon ocular pathogens, almost all of the reported cases are due to drug abuse caused by blood-borne dissemination and disease. In the past 30 years, only 2 cases of exogenous infections were reported. In this paper, 4 cases of exogenous ocular inflammation caused by Bacillus cereus were reported. The clinical features of four cases were very similar, both of which were low-speed metal foreign bodies entering the eye through the anterior part of the eyeball, causing the vitreous body to come off, 3 cases in the eyeball and 4 cases in the posterior scleral. Except for one case of 7 hours after injury, visual acuity was light sensation, and then all eyes were dark
