目的了解妇科护理人员手卫生状况,提高手卫生依从性。方法通过现场查看和实际考察方法,对某妇产医院妇科护理人员手卫生现状进行调查与分析。结果共观察该医院妇科在岗护理人员48名,依照规范的手卫生指征,手卫生依从性率为53.0%。影响妇科护理人员手卫生依从性的因素包括工作繁忙,认为手上无明显污染物、怕麻烦等。经过手卫生培训和加强管理1周后,该医院妇科护理人员手卫生依从率提高到85.7%,但3个月后手卫生的依从率又降低到58.8%。结论医院护理人员的手卫生依从性经过加强管理可以得到提高,但管理松懈后随之降低,提示必须加强管理,以制度巩固效果。
Objective To understand the status of hand hygiene of gynecological nurses and to improve hand hygiene compliance. Methods According to the method of on-site inspection and actual inspection, the status quo of hand hygiene of gynecological nursing staff in a maternity hospital was investigated and analyzed. Results A total of 48 hospital gynecological nursing staff were observed. According to the standard hand hygiene indications, the hand hygiene compliance rate was 53.0%. The factors that affect the hand hygiene compliance of gynecological nurses include busy working hours, no obvious pollutants in the hands, no worries and so on. After one week of hand hygiene training and strengthening management, the hand hygiene compliance rate of the hospital gynecological nursing staff increased to 85.7%, but the hand hygiene compliance rate dropped to 58.8% after 3 months. Conclusion The hand hygiene compliance of hospital nurses can be improved by strengthening the management, but the slackening of management afterwards will decrease, suggesting that the management should be strengthened and the system should be consolidated.
