随着建筑工程技术的进步,机制砂作为混凝土中的细集料得到了广泛运用。目前国内外对机制砂MB值的研究较少。本文通过具体实验研究分析了机制砂对混凝土性能的影响,主要通过机制砂MB值的影响因素,机制砂MB值对混凝土力学性能、长期强度、弹性模量、收缩、抗冻性能的影响等几个方面进行了研究分析,旨在明确机制砂对混凝土有利和不利的MB值的范围,摸索机制砂对混凝土性能影响的规律,对混凝土的研究和工程建设有着理论的支持和实践的指导意义。
With the progress of construction technology, the mechanism of sand as a concrete in the fine aggregate has been widely used. At present, there are few researches on the MB value of mechanized sand at home and abroad. In this paper, the influence of mechanism sand on the performance of concrete is analyzed by the specific experimental research, mainly through the influence factors of the MB value of the mechanism sand, the influence of the MB value of the mechanism sand on the mechanical properties, long-term strength, elastic modulus, shrinkage and frost resistance of concrete The purpose of this research is to clarify the range of the MB value that is beneficial and unfavorable to the concrete by the mechanism sand and to explore the rule that the effect of mechanism sand on the concrete performance. It has theoretical support and practical significance for the research and construction of concrete.
