随着地税部门征管工作的不断深入,资产使用人数的不断增加,固定资产管理工作面临着规模不断扩大、总量不断增长、种类日趋繁多的现状。如何适应新形势发展需要,进一步完善资产的配置和管理,使其既能满足工作需要,又不造成资源浪费,是目前迫切需要解决的问题。本文结合天津市武清区地税局固定资产管理工作的实际,对行政事业单位固定资产管理工作中存在问题进行剖析,并提出对策建议。
With the continuous deepening of collection and management work of local taxation departments and the continuous increase in the number of assets to be used, the management of fixed assets is facing the current situation of an ever-expanding scale, an ever-increasing total amount and an increasingly large variety. How to adapt to the needs of the development of the new situation and further improve the allocation and management of assets so that they can meet the needs of their work without causing waste of resources is an urgent issue to be solved. In this paper, Tianjin Wuqing District Inland Revenue Department fixed asset management practice, the administrative unit of fixed assets management problems in the analysis and propose countermeasures.
