针对火电厂煤粉锅炉煤种适应性提高、低NOx运行要求,SCR技术可以有效地降低烟气NOx的排放浓度,减少发电企业的考核损失。以大唐潮州电厂2×1 000 MW机组增设烟气选择性催化还原法(SCR)脱硝装置的技术改造为例,简要介绍了潮州电厂原机组增加SCR脱硝系统的工艺构成和流程特点、设计参数、总体布置,并对该工程中相关设备的改造进行了描述,该改造不仅为百万机组脱硝工程的安全运行行提供了宝贵的经验,也为我国大型燃煤机组的脱硝改造工程提供参考。
In view of the coal-fired boiler adaptability to coal-fired boilers and the low NOx requirement, SCR technology can effectively reduce the emission concentration of flue gas NOx and reduce the assessment loss of power generation enterprises. Taking the technological transformation of adding flue gas selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification device to a 2 × 1 000 MW unit of Datang Chaozhou Power Plant as an example, the process composition and flow characteristics of an SCR denitration system added to the original unit of Chaozhou Power Plant are briefly introduced. The design parameters , The overall layout, and the transformation of related equipment in the project are described. The modification not only provides valuable experience for the safe operation of one million units of denitration project, but also provides a reference for the denitration reform project of large-scale coal-fired units in China.
