“互联网+”背景下企业营运模式与公司风险承担

在“互联网+”背景下,随着互联网技术的发展,企业经营方式多样化,运营模式也呈现出多样化的发展趋势.本文从公司的运营模式角度出发,探究文娱行业泛娱乐化的“互联网+”背景下,公司运营模式对企业风险承担水平的影响.作者从盈利来源、盈利点、盈利措施及利润屏障四个方面分别选取不同的评价指标来进行分析,从而得出文娱行业运营模式所具有的一般特征,然后,进一步探究这种运营模式对公司风险及风险承担水平的影响.研究发现:“互联网+”背景下,泛娱乐化的营运模式能增加财务风险,提高公司风险承担水平;并且营运模式的泛娱乐化程度越高,公司风险承担水平越高.

为辨别水污染治理工程存在的问题,衡量水污染整治效果,提出北方地区水环境污染治理绩效综合评价建模方法.通过平衡计分卡模型构建综合评价指标体系,计算指标灰色关联权重、层次权重、指标隶属度等,权重矩阵和隶属度矩阵相乘,得到水污染治理绩效模糊综合评价值,根据最大隶属度原则,确定绩效水平评价等级,完成评价模型建立.评价结果表明,治理工程绩效水平为优秀,技术经济效益、环境效益、工程建设与运行管理显著,社会效益存在欠缺,由实地调研数据可知,评价结果与实际情况相符.
