以生物质下吸式气化炉为研究对象,采用水稻秸秆颗粒为原料,通过试验研究分析气化炉内温度分布变化,氧化区温度对产物燃气组分、燃气热值、产气量和产气效率的影响。结果表明:随着氧化区温度由500℃上升到800℃,H_2含量上升了12.23%,CH_4含量上升了98%,可燃气体总含量由15%上升至34%。燃气热值随温度升高呈线性规律升高,800℃时气体热值达到最大值6.76 MJ/Nm~3之后略有下降,热值的高低主要受CH_4含量高低的影响。气化炉工作稳定后,气化效率为71.64%-76.64%,对生物质颗粒这种密度大、热值高的燃料具有良好的适应性,气化性能较为理想。
