目的:探讨偏侧咀嚼与口腔疾病的相关性,为口腔疾病的临床治疗提供依据。方法:选取2009年9月至2013年9月于我院就诊的200例口腔疾病患者为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床检查资料。结果:两组比较罹患龋齿率、颞颌关节功能紊乱症发生率、错颌畸形病发率和牙周病发生率,均差异较大,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:偏侧咀嚼与口腔疾病存在一定的相关性。
Objective: To explore the correlation between unilateral mastication and oral diseases and provide the basis for the clinical treatment of oral diseases. Methods: A total of 200 oral diseases patients treated in our hospital from September 2009 to September 2013 were selected as the study objects, and their clinical examination data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: There was a significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of dental caries, the incidence of temporomandibular joint dysfunction, the incidence of malunion and the incidence of periodontal disease, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: There is some correlation between unilateral chewing and oral diseases.
