生命伦理学面世四十余年,没有以理论形态表述其价值观,造成实践应用中偏离其价值目标的情况时有发生,其中不乏以付出生命为代价的惨痛教训;近十年来“尊严”有用与无用之争,根源于生命伦理学缺乏对学科基本范畴和研究方法(或研究范式)的研究,根源于生命教育勃兴于中华大地却难从生命伦理学获得形而上的理论支撑。这些问题从实践和理论两个层面说明,生命伦理学建构生命价值观的时机已经到来。“人的尊严”是生命伦理学的基本价值,“生命尊严”是生命伦理学的核心价值,两项价值原则是生命伦理学所有伦理原则、道德规范和行为准则的价值观基础。
In the past ten years, bioethics has been published for more than forty years and its values have not been expressed in the form of theory, resulting in deviations from its value goals in practice. Some of them have suffered painful lessons at the expense of life. In the past ten years, The controversy between usefulness and uselessness stems from the fact that the lack of study of the basic categories and research methods (or research paradigms) of bioethics stems from the metaphysical theoretical support of bio-education gained from the rapid development of life education in China. These questions show from two aspects of practice and theory that the time has come for bioethics to construct life values. “Human dignity ” is the basic value of bioethics. “Dignity of life ” is the core value of bioethics. The two principles of value are the values foundation of all ethical principles, ethics and codes of conduct of bioethics.
