通过对风积砂的取样和试验,分析风积砂似膏体料浆的反应机理,再通过试验研究不同风积砂和辅料掺量对充填材料特性的影响。试验结果表明:风积砂主要成分为SiO2和Al2O3,粒径级配不良,随着风积砂掺量的增加,充填体的表观密度增加23.4%,材料成本下降至93元/m3,降低了25.6%;随着辅料掺量的增加,充填体28 d强度增加59.4%,结石率增加至109.5%,增加了23%,充填体表现为微膨胀。
Through the sampling and testing of aeolian sand, the reaction mechanism of aerated sand-like paste was analyzed. Then, the effects of different aeolian sand and auxiliary materials on the properties of filling material were studied. The results show that the main components of aeolian sand are SiO2 and Al2O3, and the particle size distribution is not good. As the aeolian sand content increases, the apparent density of the filler increases by 23.4% and the material cost decreases to 93 yuan / m3, which decreases 25.6%. With the increase of the content of the excipients, the strength of the filling body increased by 59.4% at 28 days, the rate of the stone increased to 109.5%, an increase of 23%, and the filling body showed slight expansion.
