目的?PICC置管患者采用PDCA护理管理方法,观察该种护理方法应用效果.方法 将我院2018年1月--2020年1月的PICC置管176例患者作为观察对象,并且分成一组与二组,分别采用PDCA护理和常规护理,对比两组护理方法效果.结果 一组和二组并发症发生率对比中,一组为4.45％,二组为21.59％,(x2=24.471,p=0.000),结果有差异.结论?PICC置管患者采用PDCA护理方法效果优良,该方法可推广.
