对中国铝业贵州分公司电解铝厂进行样品采集,根据厂区内部环境特征,分为8个样地,共采集纤枝短月藓(Brachymenium exile)样品24份。利用Optima 5300 V电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪,对该厂区内纤枝短月藓植株及其基质8种金属元素(Al、Ca、Fe、K、Mg、Na、Pb、Ti)含量进行测定分析。金属含量测定结果表明,该厂区Al元素含量明显高于其他金属元素含量(基质中其平均含量达到154011.28 mg/kg,植物体内平均含量为28 998.63 mg/kg)。纤枝短月藓可以很好地反映Al、Mg、Na、Ti这4种元素变化,在一般环境下可以较好的指示Ca元素含量,对于Fe、K、Pb这3个元素含量变化不能很好的反映;因此纤枝短月藓对铝厂部分金属元素具有监测意义。
Samples of aluminum smelters from Guizhou Aluminum Company of China Aluminum Corporation were collected and divided into 8 plots according to the internal environmental characteristics of the plant. A total of 24 samples of Brachymenium exile were collected. The Optima 5300 V inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer was used to determine the contents of eight metal elements (Al, Ca, Fe, K, Mg, Na, Pb and Ti) in the plant. The results of metal content determination showed that the content of Al in the plant was significantly higher than that of other metal elements (the average content in the matrix reached 154011.28 mg / kg and the average content in plants was 28 998.63 mg / kg). The short branch moss can reflect the change of four elements Al, Mg, Na and Ti, which can indicate the content of Ca element in general environment. The content of Fe, K and Pb can not change very much Good reflection; therefore, the short branch moss on the aluminum plant part of the metal elements have a monitoring significance.
