利用透射电镜对20钢激光淬火区组织进行了分层研究。研究结果表明,随激光淬火区层深的变化,组织结构发生明显变化。激光淬火区的奥氏体晶粒平均直径为30μm。残余奥氏体膜厚为450A。马氏体和残余奥氏体之间符合K-S位向关系。
The microstructure of 20 steel laser quenched zone was studied by transmission electron microscopy. The results show that with the laser quenching zone depth changes, the organizational structure changes significantly. The austenite grains in the laser quenched zone have an average diameter of 30 μm. Retained austenite film thickness 450A. The relationship between martensite and retained austenite is K-S.
