目的:建立一种测定铃铛刺花提取物中总黄酮的方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以芦丁作为对照品,在500nm波长下测定吸光度,建立标准曲线,并计算铃铛刺花提取物中总黄酮的含量。结果:芦丁对照品在0.040 2~0.803 2mg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.49%(RSD=2.62%,n=9),铃铛刺花提取物中总黄酮平均含量为5.5%。结论:该方法准确、简便、重复性好,可用于铃铛刺花提取物中总黄酮的含量测定,为其质量控制提供了有效的方法。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of total flavonoids in bell flower extract. Methods: UV spectrophotometry, rutin as a reference substance, the absorbance was measured at 500nm wavelength, the establishment of a standard curve, and calculate the bell Flax flower extract content of total flavonoids. Results: The calibration curve of rutin was linear within the concentration range of 0.040 2-0.803 2 mg / mL with an average recovery of 100.49% (RSD = 2.62%, n = 9). The average content of total flavonoids 5.5%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, simple and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of total flavonoids in the extract of bellflower, and provides an effective method for its quality control.
