After graduating from college in 1982 to stay in school, I have been in costume design theory, practice teaching and research work front-line, has been nearly 30 years. Along the way, I feel a lot. Our group of teachers who work in garment specialty higher education actually grew up together with China’s garment industry after the reform and opening up. At a time when the Chinese nation is moving toward the world as an open and powerful nation, our higher art education should first become the main body of cultural heritage and artistic innovation and become an important part of enhancing China’s cultural soft power and international influence
