给予小鼠槐角提取液灌胃(100mg/10g,200mg/10g)可使小鼠血糖升高;连续用提取液灌胃,能预防小鼠实验性高胆固醇血症,并能明显提高小鼠运动耐力及抗缺氧能力.对小鼠体重影响不明显.
Mice were given intragastric administration of 100 g/10 g (200 mg/10 g) of genistein to increase blood glucose; continuous gavage with extracts could prevent experimental hypercholesterolemia in mice and significantly increase mice Exercise tolerance and anti-anoxia ability have little effect on body weight in mice.
