将20只小白鼠间断吸入香烟烟雾,3月后取其视神经作普通光学显微镜及电子显微镜观察发现:香烟烟雾能使小白鼠视神经纤维亚细胞结构发生病理性改变,包括髓鞘的变化及线粒体质与量的改变。这种改变在普通光学显微镜下难以发现。对照组20只小白鼠视神经未见有类似变化。结果提示,香烟烟雾能对视神经纤维造成损害,这种损害在一定时间内处于可代偿状态。本实验结果为研究吸烟引起弱视提供了病理形态学依据。
Twenty mice were intermittently inhaled cigarette smoke. After 3 months, their optic nerves were taken as normal light microscope and electron microscope. The results showed that cigarette smoke could cause pathological changes of optic nerve fiber subcellular structure, including changes of myelin sheath and mitochondria And the amount of change. This change is difficult to find under ordinary optical microscope. There were no similar changes in the optic nerve of 20 mice in the control group. The results suggest that cigarette smoke can cause damage to the optic nerve fibers, such damage in a certain period of time in a compensable state. The results of this study provide a pathological basis for studying the causes of amblyopia caused by smoking.
