本文通过归纳得出若干点建筑设计阶段影响工程造价控制的问题,并提出相应的成本控制措施,希望对完善建筑设计阶段的工程造价控制实践具有一定的指导性意义。
This paper summarizes the problems that affect the project cost control in several stages of architectural design, and proposes corresponding cost control measures. It hopes to have a certain guiding significance for perfecting the project cost control practice in the architectural design stage.
