介绍一个智能化114数据地图定位系统ISOPL。ISOPL采用基于Context的知识元结构表示问题求解的任务，使用规约推理方法进行问题求解的组织。ISOPL不仅实现114数据的实时定位，同时，通过交互学习．可提高系统定位问题的求解能力和精度。
