目的了解高职院校大学生艾滋病健康教育知识掌握情况,为更加有效开展大学生艾滋病宣传教育提供科学依据。方法采取分层整群抽样法,对山东省滨州职业学院2006-2008年入学新生进行艾滋病健康教育知识调查。结果2006-2008年新生艾滋病相关知识的总知晓率分别为61.90%,74.37%和78.12%;新生对艾滋病基础知识知晓率有上升趋势,对艾滋病传播途径的总知晓率较高,非传播途径的知晓率则普遍较低;新生对艾滋病预防方法的知晓率均较高;新生对HIV感染者正向态度的比例总体呈上升趋势,各年度男生得分都高于女生。结论高校应加强艾滋病基础知识、非传播途径和对HIV感染者态度的教育,注意健康教育的针对性。
Objective To understand the knowledge of AIDS health education among college students in higher vocational colleges and to provide a scientific basis for more effective publicity and education on AIDS among college students. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate the knowledge of AIDS health education among newly admitted students in Binzhou Vocational College from 2006 to 2008 in Shandong Province. Results The total awareness rates of AIDS-related knowledge among freshmen in 2006-2008 were 61.90%, 74.37% and 78.12%, respectively. The new students’ awareness rate of AIDS basic knowledge was on the rise, and the total awareness rate of AIDS transmission was higher. Awareness rate is generally lower; freshmen awareness of AIDS prevention methods are higher; freshmen’s positive attitude towards HIV infection overall upward trend in boys each year scores were higher than girls. Conclusion Colleges and universities should strengthen the basic knowledge of AIDS, non-transmission channels and attitude towards HIV-infected education, attention to health education targeted.
