已知多种抗癌药物具有致畸和致突变性。作者于1992年3~5月,对北京及天津部分从事一般护理工作及接触抗癌药物护士的作业情况及生育史进行了调查,对孕期职业接触抗癌药物对胚胎和胎儿发育的影响进行初步探讨。对京津地区5个医院590名护士的715次妊娠,按妊娠时是否接触抗癌药,分为接触组及对照组。接触组以3人次/d以上的抗癌药治疗操作为高剂量接触组;以低于3 人次/d者为低剂量接触组。
A variety of anticancer drugs are known to be teratogenic and mutagenic.
