本文对连续１０例与年龄有关的黄斑变性患者中心凹下脉络膜新生血管膜手术切除的结果作了研究。综合阐述了该手术的适应证、手术方法、并发症，以及术后随访观察的结果：证实该手术后复发率低，视力恢复佳，是一种较之激光光凝术更先进更可靠的治疗方法。同时，对与年龄有关的黄斑变性视网膜下新生血管膜的实质提出了新的观点：认为其形成并非原发性的病理过程：而是人体试图自行修复黄斑区损伤的结果。
In this paper, 10 cases of age-related macular degeneration in patients with subdural choroidal neovascular membrane resection results were studied. The indications, operation methods, complications and postoperative follow-up results of the operation were comprehensively expounded. It was confirmed that the low recurrence rate and good visual acuity after the operation are more advanced and reliable treatments than laser photocoagulation method. At the same time, the age-related macular degeneration of the subretinal neovascular membrane put forward a new point of view: that its formation is not a primary pathological process: but the body trying to repair the results of macular damage.
