在高校,研究学生党员角色及作用发挥问题最好的切入点应该是听取非党员学生对学生党员的意见。本研究通过电子问卷匿名调查的方式发现,性别对于非党员学生对学生党员角色的认知没有较明显的影响;大四非党员学生入党积极性明显下降;身边党员对非党员学生的正面影响逐年降低;将近一半的非党员学生并不知道身边谁是党员;非党员学生认为目前学生党员身上存在的最大不足是服务群众的意识不够;认为身边党员对自己存在正面影响的非党员学生的入党积极性更高;认为身边党员对自己没有正面影响的非党员学生大多数认为考察入党积极分子的标准有待完善。为此,培养党员时,应严格党员发展标准,强化入党积极分子的入党动机教育,加强入党后的教育培养。
In colleges and universities, the best starting point to study the role and function of student party members should be to listen to the opinions of non-party students on student party members. In this study, anonymous survey of electronic questionnaires found that gender had no obvious effect on non-party students’ recognition of the role of student party members. The enthusiasm of senior non-party members in joining the party decreased significantly. The positive influence of party members on non-party students decreased year by year ; Nearly half of the non-party students do not know who is a party member; non-party members think that the most serious deficiency in the current student party members is the lack of awareness of serving the masses; and that the non-party members who have a positive influence on themselves have more enthusiasm in joining the party The majority of non-party students who believe that party members have no positive influence on themselves think that the criteria for examining and joining the party activists need to be improved. Therefore, when cultivating party members, they should strictly adhere to the standards of party members’ development, reinforce their motivation to join the party and strengthen education and training after joining the party.
