目的观察仔鼠出生后早期虫螨威染毒对仔鼠成年后的学习记忆能力的影响。方法将出生后的小鼠随机分为4组,于P2开始腹腔注射虫螨威,3个实验组分别注射不同剂量的虫螨威(0.01、0.1和1 mg/kg),同时设溶剂对照DMSO,于P60成年期进行水迷宫实验测定小鼠的学习与记忆能力。结果在水迷宫实验中,随着小鼠染毒剂量的增加,小鼠登台潜伏期逐渐延长。撤去平台后,小鼠在平台所在象限游泳的时间逐渐缩短,60 s内穿越平台次数也逐渐减少。结论出生后早期接触虫螨威能够造成子代小鼠成年后的学习与记忆障碍。
Objective To observe the effects of early postpartum offspring of mites on the learning and memory abilities of offspring in offspring. Methods The postnatal mice were randomly divided into 4 groups.
