本文针对稻麦轮作方式下秸秆全量还田过程中存在的一些问题,研制一种集旋耕、施肥、播种和秸秆播后覆盖的复式作业机,采用联合作业方式,一次作业完成秸秆捡拾、旋耕、施肥和播种,并将捡拾粉碎的秸秆均匀地覆盖在播种后的畦面上,解决秸秆量大和秸秆堆积对旋耕播种的影响,有利于保墒保温,也有利于秸秆环保还田。与传统单项作业相比,复式作业的劳动强度和作业成本大幅度降低,作业质量和效率大幅提高,农业生产效益将明显增加。
In this paper, some problems existed in the process of returning full amount of straw to rice under wheat-wheat rotation, a double-operation machine covered with rotary tillage, fertilization, sowing and straw sowing was developed. The combined operation was used to finish the straw picking, Fertilizing and sowing, and will pick up the crushed straw evenly covered in the sowing after sowing, to solve the large amount of straw and straw accumulation of rotary sowing, is conducive to soil moisture insulation, but also conducive to straw environmental protection. Compared with traditional single operation, the labor intensity and operating cost of double operation are greatly reduced, the quality and efficiency of operation are greatly increased, and the benefit of agricultural production will be obviously increased.
