快速成形技术在组织支架、药物给送系统方面的应用越来越广泛。针对快速成形可重复制造技术,探讨使用三维造型补偿技术解决快速成形过程中成形误差不一致问题。设计具有典型尺寸特征的标准试验件,并使用快速成形设备成形,对X、Y、Z三个方向的成形尺寸进行测量,综合探讨三维打印快速成形精度的影响因素。结果表明:三维造型补偿技术对模型成形过程产生的制造误差能够有效控制,成形误差一致性达90%以上,为工件的可重复制造提供了有效的解决方法。
Rapid prototyping is becoming more widely used in tissue scaffolds and drug delivery systems. Aiming at the rapid prototyping and reusable manufacturing technology, this paper discusses the use of three-dimensional modeling compensation technology to solve the problem of forming error in rapid prototyping process. The standard test pieces with typical size characteristics were designed. The forming dimensions of X, Y and Z were measured by rapid prototyping equipment. The influencing factors of the rapid prototyping precision of 3D printing were comprehensively discussed. The results show that the three-dimensional shape compensation technology can effectively control the manufacturing errors caused by the forming process, and the forming error consistency is more than 90%, which provides an effective solution for the repeatable manufacturing of the workpiece.
