应用放射免疫方法测定、研究了健康新生儿33例和窒息新生儿56例的血浆ET-1和6-KetoPGF-1(PGI2稳定代谢产物)水平的动态变化。结果表明:(1)≤2天健康新生儿两种血浆浓度均显著高于生后8~9天组。(2)窒息新生儿两种血浆水平显著升高,与窒息的严重程度及窒息造成机体损害的严重度呈正相关;血浆ET-1与PGI。处于动态平衡,表现了内皮细胞水平的自身调节。(3)重庆HIE血浆ET-1下降甚缓慢,与PGI。处于失衡状态。本文讨论了ET-1与其相桔抗的PGI2。在国产期窒息病理生理过程中的作用。
The radioimmunoassay method was used to study the dynamic changes of plasma ET-1 and 6-KetoPGF-1 (stable metabolites of PGI2) in 33 normal healthy neonates and 56 asphyxia neonates. The results showed that: (1) Both plasma concentrations of healthy neonates less than 2 days were significantly higher than those of 8-9 days after birth.
