云南滇中一带的传统耕作制是一年两熟,大小春各一季。由于滇中冬无严寒,小春作物没有停止生长的现象。大小春作物之间约有一个多月的休闲期,若要在这30~40天增加一熟作物,采用传统的栽培方法和无灌溉条件是不可能的。随着科技的发展和水利化程度的提高,实践证明,现在滇中不仅能一年三熟(大小春和秋作),还能三熟都获高产,因此,滇中粮食生产有着巨大的增产潜力。
The traditional farming system along the Yunnan-Yunnan part of the country is two crops a year, one spring and one spring.
