[目的]建立小麦植株、麦粒和土壤中吡蚜酮的高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)检测方法。[方法]前处理结合QuEChERS法,乙腈作为提取溶剂,样品加水复溶后,经C18吸附分散剂净化,通过HPLC-MS/MS测定其吡蚜酮残留量。[结果]方法检出限为3.0×10~(-3) mg/L,平均回收率为84.0%~108.6%,相对标准偏差为2.8%~6.1%。[结论]该方法方便、快捷,溶剂使用量少且分析时间短,准确度、精密度和灵敏度均符合农药残留检测要求,适用于小麦和土壤中吡蚜酮残留的检测。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a HPLC-MS / MS method for the detection of pymetrozine in wheat plants, grains and soil. [Method] The pretreatment combined with QuEChERS method and acetonitrile as extraction solvent. After the sample was reconstituted with water, the sample was purified by C18 adsorption and dispersant, and the residues of pymetrozine were determined by HPLC-MS / MS. [Result] The detection limit was 3.0 × 10 ~ (-3) mg / L, the average recovery was 84.0% ~ 108.6% and the relative standard deviation was 2.8% ~ 6.1%. [Conclusion] The method was convenient and quick, the solvent was used less and the analysis time was short. The accuracy, precision and sensitivity of the method were in line with the requirements of pesticide residue detection. It was suitable for the detection of pymetrozine residues in wheat and soil.
