目的:比较波尔山羊和上海本地山羊作为上颌后牙区经牙槽嵴顶上颌窦提升术和种植治疗模型的可行性。方法:10只波尔山羊和10只本地山羊,处死后6 h内取头颅进行观察。利用CBCT扫描观察上颌骨及上颌窦的解剖,记录上颌窦侧腔的宽度和可用骨高度。取上颌窦黏膜做组织学观察。采用SPSS21.0软件包对数据进行独立样本t检验。结果:山羊的上颌窦底被1个前后向骨嵴分为侧腔和近中部。波尔山羊的上颌窦侧腔宽度和可用高度均大于本地山羊。结论:波尔山羊更适合做经牙槽嵴顶上颌窦提升术和牙种植的动物模型。上颌第一磨牙区中点是理想的提升与种植位点。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the feasibility of Boer goat and Shanghai native goat in the treatment of maxillary sinus and maxillary posterior maxillary alveolar remodeling and implantation. Methods: Ten Boer goats and 10 native goats were observed within 6 hours after their death. The CBCT scan was used to observe the anatomy of the maxillary and maxillary sinus and the width of the lateral maxillary sinus cavity and the available bone height were recorded. Take the maxillary sinus mucosa for histological observation. SPSS21.0 software package for independent sample t test data. Results: The goat’s maxillary sinus floor was divided into lateral cavity and proximal middle by an anterior and posterior bone ridge. Boer goat’s maxillary sinus lateral lumen width and available height are greater than the local goat. Conclusion: Boer goats are more suitable for alveolar ridge maxillary sinus lift and dental implant animal models. The midpoint of the maxillary first molars area is the ideal site of elevation and implantation.
