六级难,难在词汇。想当初,六级改革摒弃语法词汇题时,众多学子欢呼“考委会的伟大创举(pioneering work)”。然而这一伟大创举并没有真正挽回学子们败在六级手下的命运。最让人痛心(the most distressing)的总是阅读中“没有生词,却读不懂”的普遍现象。Why,why,why ?无非是 :单词似曾相识,意义却让人一头雾水(be completely fogged);词根还是那个词根,词缀总是变幻莫测(unpredictable)。相对早已是学子们囊中之物(sth. in the bag)的四级考试,六级绝对不是靠单词数量取胜。那么六级词汇到底难在哪里呢
