利用RNG k-e 模型对横流中单股紊动射流流场的流动特性进行了数值模拟。运用SIMPLEC算法求解了适体坐标系下的控制方程,采用壁面函数法处理近壁区流动。射流内部有分叉现象,射流喷孔背风侧的流动出现了分离并形成了尾迹区,分析了分叉及尾迹涡的生成机理。文中给出了射流与主气流速度比等于2和4的速度场、涡量场和压力场,计算与实验的结果吻合较好。结果表明:射流与主气流速度比直接影响流场特性,其值越大射流对主气流的影响越大。
The RNG k-e model was used to simulate the flow characteristics of single-turbulent jet flow in cross-flow. The SIMPLEC algorithm is used to solve the governing equation in the apodized coordinate system, and the wall function method is used to deal with the flow in the near wall. The bifurcation phenomenon exists inside the jet, the flow on the leeward side of the jet orifice is separated and a wake zone is formed, and the formation mechanism of bifurcation and wake vortex is analyzed. In this paper, the velocity field, vorticity field and pressure field with velocity ratio of jet to main gas equal to 2 and 4 are given. The calculation and experimental results are in good agreement. The results show that the jet-to-main velocity ratio directly affects the flow field characteristics. The larger the jet velocity, the greater the impact on the main flow.
