一位化学教研员告诉我,他常常和学校老师们一起读《人民教育》上的小学数学和小学语文的教学案例。他说,这些案例大家都能看得懂,从中也能受到很多启发。这话让我非常感动。倒不是因为我们编辑的内容找到了知音,而是被一种学习的精神,一种学习的境界所打动。中学的老师学小学的案例,且是不同的学科,还能有所收获,这是怎样的学习视野,怎样的汲取力量。其实,学习本来就是一种领悟,就是一种对真理、对规律的追寻,所以不一定非得一对一、二对二。新的教育理念、课堂教学规律、研究教学实践的方法,很多东西都是相通的,只要有意增长自己的教育智慧,可借鉴的面就宽阔了许多。正是出于这种考虑,编发了下面的文章,读一读,看看是否可以找到一点儿感觉或门道。
