贵州省Z银行在省内有8家二级分行,在贵阳市有32家分支机构。Z银行近年业务发展取得了长足进步,但与贵州省金融同业、银行系统其他机构和部门相比,在存贷款规模、市场份额等方面仍存在较大差距,需要继续实行有效的战略型绩效管理,制定更为科学的考核指标和激励机制,进一步发挥人力资源的作用,以此加强领导班子建设和员工队伍建设,提高全行战略执行能力和核心竞争力,实现既定的战略发展目标。
